What is First Step Group?

What is Fresh View Funding?

Fresh View Funding is a trade name of CACH, LLC. Your letter may reference CACH, LLC or CACH, LLC d/b/a Fresh View Funding-both references are to the same company. Fresh View Funding purchases past-due accounts. FreshView Funding has purchased and is the current legal owner of your debt.

If I didn’t borrow the money from Fresh View Funding in the first place, why should I pay you?

Fresh View Funding has purchased and now owns your debt. You are still responsible for your debt, but now you owe Fresh View Funding.

How can I pay my outstanding debt?

There are many ways to pay your outstanding account. To make a payment online, please visit our payment portal. If you prefer to call, please call the toll-free phone number listed above. If you prefer not to speak with anyone, you may also mail a check to the address listed on the Contact Us page.

How do I find my account number?

Your account number is listed on the letter you received from us.

I can’t pay the whole balance right now. Can I pay over time?

Please log in to your account on our payment portal to view your account and for more information, or call us to work with one of our representatives. We may be able to create an appropriate payment plan that fits your financial situation.

I’ve already paid this debt to the company that used to own my account. Who should I call to resolve this issue, you or the company that I paid?

You contacted my family member about a debt that they owe. Can I act on their behalf to resolve this issue?

Yes. But, we will need advance authorization from your family member before we can speak to you about the account.
